About us

RoundE is founded by two lawyers and two tech entrepreneurs. The two lawyers (Mustafa and Jochem) worked at large legal consulting firms and advised many companies on their participation plans. While working in the industry, they realised that there are many inefficiencies that result in unnecessary costs for their clients. They set out on a mission to change that. On their way, they met Leonardo and Samuel, two tech entrepreneurs.

They teamed up to start RoundE: a one-stop-shop for entrepreneurs to get advise on employee participation plans. We are here to help you going from your Series A Round to your Series E(employee) Round. Everything digitally and efficiently, so you can remain focused on your own mission: your company.
